Things You Should Know When Planning A Wedding

Weddings fall into three main categories; formal, informal and semi-formal. The larger your wedding, the more formal it has to be and the more formal, is the more elaborate it will be. Factors that dictates the formality of your wedding are as follow:

1. Location/Venue (beach versus a banquet hall).

2. Attire (for you, your wedding party and guests).

3. Time of day (morning versus evening wedding).

4. Decor (this sets the ambience, linen choices, backdrop design, and centerpieces, all speaks to how formal your wedding is).

5. Food choice (finger food depending on menu can go either way).

6.Serving style (buffet versus a sit down dinner with several courses).

Other factors that follow are the wording of your invitation, the design of other stationery and whether or not you have a seating plan with either assigned tables or seats. The formality of your wedding all depends on your personality because you could like things nice and simple or you may prefer a more elegant affair but it could also just come down to your budget.
